2. Orders and Customization

Order Accuracy: Please review your order details, including spelling, size, and design choices, before submitting. Because our products are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds for errors provided by the customer.

Production Time: Custom orders are handmade to order. Please refer to our current production lead times posted on our site/platform. You will receive a notification once your item has shipped.

Design Rights: By providing any images or text for customization, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have permission to use it. Thread Fanatics reserves the right to refuse any custom request that contains offensive, copyrighted, or trademarked material.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

We accept payments via All Major Credit Cards.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Delivery Times: Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees, as carrier delays may occur.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Thread Fanatics are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of our tumblers and graphic tees, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a defect in the craftsmanship.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at Orders@ThreadFanatics.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content on the Thread Fanatics website and social media channels are the property of Thread Fanatics and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Thread Fanatics shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products purchased, even if Thread Fanatics has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
